Materials of the highest quality, careful processing and steadfast technical development are an integral part of koralle quality. All products are subject to stringent internal and external quality and safety controls. It is because of this rigid testing that our products carry a seal of approval from the Technical Control Board South, in addition to the Koralle 5 year guarantee (2 years for electrical parts).

DIN ISO 9001 quality management certification guarantees all our customers and partners consistently high standards - from raw materials to production and customer service.

Leading German bathtub manufacturers have joined forces to form the Acrylic Bathtub and Whirlpool RAL Quality Associations. These quality seals guarantee that all of the existing regulations, guidelines and standards are adhered to. Bathtubs with the RAL quality mark are also subject to comprehensive in-house and external quality monitoring.

 

Guarantee

Koralle takes customer care very seriously and has taken steps to decisively improve its guarantee: we offer a 5 year guarantee on all our non-electrical products and a 2 year guarantee on electrical items and parts.

 

 

Enviroment

All company processes are analysed from an environmental point of view and optimised accordingly. We endeavour to use raw materials productively to ensure environmentally friendly production, to recycle wherever possible and to assure safe disposal.
